At Rackley Swimming / Centenary Dolphins Swim Club, we offer a progressive squad structure that allows swimmers to develop at their own pace and in line with their personal motivation for the sport. Squad training is a great way to make friends, while also greatly benefiting those participating in school swimming meets. It has a great benefit across multiple sports due to the low impact on the body and thus a great sport to use in the development of Aerobic Capacity.
WE OFFER AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE EACH SWIMMER CAN EXPRESS THEIR MOTIVATION FOR SWIMMING!
If a swimmer simply wants to swim to keep fit and enjoy the squad atmosphere, we can offer that through our Junior Squad and Fitness Squad. The Fitness Squad is open to swimmers aged 16yrs up to Adults competing at masters and open water/triathlon competitions. There are no attendance requirements for these squads.
If a swimmer is motivated to become a State Qualifier or National Finalist, we offer opportunities for these athletes through our Bronze, Silver and Gold Squads. These squads do have minimum attendance requirements.
