Renew Your CEDO Membership

Existing CEDO members do not need to create another Swim Central account or family group. Log in using your existing account and purchase the appropriate CEDO membership for the new swimming season.

Use Your Existing Account

Do not register for a new Swim Central account. Use the account that already contains your family group, swimmer profiles, membership history and competition results.

Swimming Queensland Membership Season

Membership must be renewed each season to remain active and to continue entering eligible competitions through Swim Central.

1 July to 30 June

Choose the Correct Membership

Select the membership that matches the swimmer’s age and intended level of competition for the new season.

Junior Swimmer

For swimmers aged 9 and under

This membership allows participation in eligible club and regional events within Queensland.

Competitive Swimmer

For swimmers aged 9 and over

This membership covers competition levels from club and regional meets through to state, interstate, national and international events.

A swimmer who is 9 at the beginning of the season but will turn 10 before the Queensland Country or Queensland Sprint Championships should select the Competitive Swimmer membership if they intend to compete at those events.

Log In to Swim Central

Open Swim Central and sign in using the email address and password connected to your existing family account.

Select the padlock icon at the top of the page and enter your family administration PIN if requested.

Open the Membership Store

From the main menu, select Store and then select Memberships.

Search for Centenary Dolphins using the club name, postcode or suburb.

Select the Correct Swimmer

Select the family member whose membership you are renewing. Available membership products will be displayed according to that swimmer’s age and eligibility.

  • Check that the correct swimmer is shown as the assignee.
  • Select the appropriate membership for the new season.
  • Choose Add to Cart for that swimmer.
  • Repeat the process for each swimmer in the family.
Check the swimmer’s name and membership type carefully before adding the product to the shopping cart.

Renew the Parent or Supporter Membership

Select the parent or guardian profile and add the available CEDO parent or supporter membership.

This membership has no cost and allows the club to keep parents and guardians connected with club communications, news and reminders.

Make sure the parent or supporter membership is assigned to the parent profile rather than the swimmer profile.

Review the Shopping Cart

Select the shopping trolley icon at the top of the page once all required memberships have been added.

  • Confirm that each membership is assigned to the correct person.
  • Check that the correct membership type has been selected.
  • Review the membership period and total amount.
  • Read and accept the applicable terms and conditions.
  • Enter the required payment information and complete checkout.

Confirm the Renewal

After checkout, Swim Central should display a purchase confirmation and send a confirmation email to the registered account email address.

The new membership should also appear within the swimmer’s Swim Central profile.

Keep the confirmation email as a record of the membership purchase.

Renewing More Than One Family Member

You can add memberships for several family members to the same shopping cart before completing payment.

Select each family member individually, add the appropriate membership to the cart and then review all memberships together before checkout.
